Join Lower Cape LGBT seniors for an intergenerational SAGE Table in Massachusetts.

Who’s setting the table? Orleans Senior Center. A team of volunteers is ready to help serve this inspiring meal.
What caught our eye about this party? Two words: taco buffet! Plus, this event intends to serve more than 80 people and have a moderator who will encourage folks to switch tables three times during the evening so everyone will have a chance to mingle.
What makes this SAGE Table special? These seniors and allies are intergenerational: They’ve invited local gay-straight alliance youth groups to attend. These students will bring and discuss artwork they’ve created that was deemed controversial at their schools because of its LGBTQ focus.
What makes the center an ideal environment for this event? The Orleans Senior Center is well known on Cape Cod for being LGBT friendly. They host a well-attended monthly LGBT Seniors Group.
What inspired this SAGE Table? Maryanne Ryan of Orleans Senior Center says, “We love intergenerational LGBTQ events; we had a dinner/panel of speakers a year ago, and it was spectacular.”
